and to think having her on the track wouldn't matter. LOL. The thing is, it's not even featuring Ariana Grande, it's basically Ariana and Gaga. Also noticed from Social media, people who are Ariana stans not Gaga fans at all singing to the song, posting snippets from the video.

You’re trying to claim it’s only popular because of Ariana, despite it being a catchy song and Gaga’s hype from A Star is Born.
And Gaga is talented and interesting, that’s why I’m a fan. I love when she makes fun pop music, so I’m hopeful for this album.
You can stan someone without blindly praising everything they do. Just like you can hate a celebrity without analyzing, obsessing, and criticizing every little thing they do. That’s way more pathetic and exhausting.

God, you're annoying. It IS a single, an official one with two videos and multiple bundles.
But good. How come none of her other features performed like this?
Why is it the one with Lady Gaga - who coincidentally just had a SOLO single debut in the Top 5 - that performs better than 99 percent of her other features?

It's having Gaga's sales and Ariana's streams.
Besides, I heard someone mention it could become the biggest female feature debut of all time, so if Ariana is the only one responsible for it smashing, that must mean she's bigger than Rihanna (Can't Remember to Forget You somehow flopped despite having Rihanna on board) and Beyoncé (her songs with Nicki flopped), so if morons think Ariana is the only one making ROM smash, they ARE implying that she's bigger than any female ever lol.
Add to the fact that IF it ends up becoming Ariana's biggest debut of all time, WHY would this particular song get more sales than her SOLO songs? I mean, this "BECAUSE OF ARIANA" logic IS flawed and could potentially have y'all dragged with eggs on your heads. Just be careful.

Lol you think I care what the GP thinks, I can’t stand Shallow.
I just don’t go on and on and on about stuff I don’t like. Also there’s something called retrospective.

Not saying it's just Ariana but it's certainly helping especially how it's doing compared to Stupid Love. Can't Remember to Forget You was a Shakira song featuring Rihanna. It didn't sound like a Rihanna song though. It was a Latin pop song that featured Riri. It was also not a massive flop. It did pretty well and has over a billion views on youtube.
Rain on Me is not Lady Gaga featuring Ariana. It's Lady Gaga and Ariana. Both are lead artist on the song. The song could easily be an Ariana song as it could be a Gaga song.
When was the last time, Beyoncé had a massive hit?

Yet here you are again....responding to me including yourself. That’s some hobby of yours.
All donated to charity. It was not an official in the same vain as “Stupid Love” and other main singles.
Answer this would “Rain on me” get this same reaction if Meghan trainer was on it since it’s clearly the song?

Of course you'd run away from those other points I made because you have no arguments anymore.

Yeah people are filming themselves dancing to the song and singing along with Gaga JUST because Ariana’s name is on the title. Right.

I have already answered this twice and i will not keep doing so. Besides GFE just told you it’s Ariana & Gaga song together!!! And many people are even saying Ariana song!
So all your features excuses are no longer VALID!

ROM is more of a Lady Gaga song than an Ariana song. I mean, Ariana has Break Free as a similar track but Gaga has waaaaay more similar sounding songs.
And I have to cringe at that Shakira excuse. Since y'all have been claiming "a hit is a hit" then a flop is a flop. Regardless, Rihanna was brought on board for Shakira to smash but Rihanna's star power wasn't enough. And why didn't Gaga's Telephone with Beyoncé perform as well as ROM? I mean, it featured Lady Gaga and Beyoncé? Unless you're claiming Ariana is bigger than TF-Gaga? I mean, this logic is flawed as fvck.
There's clearly more to it than just Ariana. Gaga's star power is at least giving it a decent push as well. To claim otherwise means exactly what I said before.

They’d be talking about it if it was Gaga and Bieber.

Telephone was one of the biggest hits of 2010. It was the 4th biggest selling song of 2010 world-wide.

Obviously, Ariana is very popular with regard to streaming.
But this isn't 2013, lets not act like Gaga doesn't have hype and goodwill right now coming off ASIB, which was huge for her.
