TMZ is just reporting that Beyonce and Jay-Z will be in the audience for the Super Bowl, nothing about her possibly being a part of the performance.

Reportedly Beautiful Liar is part of her set list, a song she did with Beyoncé (and technically a Beyoncé song). Why she would perform that with Beyoncé being there and not have her join her on stage would be odd.

That's an odd choice, Beyoncé brings too much attention to herself and take it from them. I would have brought Rihanna, she's popular, but wouldn't take all the attention to herself and definitely wouldn't outperform neither of them.
