Allegedly. I refuse to believe the lunatic kpop stans aren’t pre ordering 20 copies each.

Fake numbers. Their last album "allegedly" sold 2.685 million preorders but the actual sales numbers didn't end up being anywhere near that.

The KPop phenomenon is really weird. This completely manufactured, controlled industry rolling out these groups and singers. Pushing out one after another, tossing them out when they get too old. The crazed fanatical fans devoted to one group or another. There was even a recent number of suicides of K-pop people cracking under the pressure. South Korea must be a real wacky place nowadays. Kinda feel sad for what might happen to these BTS members when their spotlight gets shut off.

They have been around since 2013, originally called the 'Bangtan Boys'. Doesn't look like the 'spotlight' is going away any time soon?

Can anyone name a BTS song?
Being a kpop stan is being in a cult. Has nothing to do with music. They could release a song full of gibberish and they’d go crazy still.

Boy in Luv?
Boy With Luv?
We Are Bulletproof Pt.2?
I could name more but I won't. I'm not a stan (as a matter of fact I'm an old woman) but I first noticed them when they were known as the Bangtan Boys. I like them because they make me smile & want to get up & dance. They have accomplished quite a bit in the years they have been around.
Here is their first song (video) & they sure have changed (grown).

Yeah I don't get it, I know of one guy who traveled with his family to see them twice and after one of the show he shared on his instagram stories how emotional he felt after the show, crying. BTS - emotional? uh okay. I don't get the hoopla, it's just a boy band with high production values.

What I find interesting is that BTS took K-pop which was a niche market in the west to mass exposure.

I feel like I live in the Twilight Zone when it comes to BTS. Never heard a song, never heard an album, yet they get invited to award shows because their fans tweet crazier than One Direction stans
Seems like over inflated and local numbers. The temper tantrums their psycho fans threw when Billie overtook them as the best-selling album WW was hilarious. No1curr about them outside fangirls.

What are you 12? You can't have a discussion about someone you don't like without acting like a child?
It takes all kinds to make up the world & it would be pretty boring if everyone liked the same things.

I'm assuming a lot of these units are from VPN or bots.
