No but she's not re-peaking commercially. If we're being realistic she hasn't actually had true single success since 2008-2009 but her albums have done well, in America at least, and her tours do well so she always had that to back her up. She's had three bomb albums in the row (Jacs and other stans can argue all they want but Bey/Jay did not make EIL for it to tank as hard as it did and there's no excuse for The Gift's tankage) so it seems like her album selling days might be numbered. One thing she'll always have is touring though. She's nearly 40 so her becoming just a legacy act now shouldn't be that surprising.
She had a weird period of complete overexposure that seemingly came out of nowhere between 2013-2017. Now a lot of people find her corny and cheesy.
There was nothing weird about it. She released three great albums consecutively, embarked on several great tours, and was getting critical acclaim left right and centre.
Bey can sometimes be overrated, but this constant need to belittle a successful and talented black woman is getting a bit gross.

No, but quite interesting how less than 0.1 percent of the people who saw The Lion King bothered to buy her album.
