You think this is the only offer? LOL. The woman has a packed schedule (unlike Katy lmfao), so obviously she can't say yes to everything. She's working on her next album so making a movie would be as stupid of a business decision as you are. The smartest way to go would be making a movie for a 2020-21 release after her next era. Shooting a movie takes time and she's doing a record-breaking Vegas run right now so making an album and releasing it would be impossible.
