Discuss Beyoncé

Just dethroned OTR for #1 on Spotify, getting more Youtube streams, and is stable on Apple Music and iTunes. If she keeps it up for a few more weeks I think Billie might get her first #1 otherwise RIP to Mariah’s record.

Bury a Friend has grown on me a lot.

I would love to see that. Go Billie.

Eh, i can’t get into her extremely overrated

Eww I will never understand the hype for that weird bitch. Old Town Road is still better compared to Bad Guy.

That’s a bit much.

It’s true, also everything about her just screams “girl going through phase” and wanting to be different and edgy. Wasn’t she a Bieber stan?

She grosses me out but Bad Guy, Xanny, and When The Party's Over are good. I can't get into anything else from the album though.

I thought you would like “You should see me in a crown” too, it’s a such a mothafucking bop

And? Why should I? She’s making profit from being this wannabe Lorde on crack. Nothing is authentic about it though.

Britney, Rihanna, Beyoncé & even Xtine were much more authentic artistically at 17 and didn’t have to do whatever this chick is doing to sell.

But she's not wannabe Lorde at all. She doesn't come across as try hard at all in my opinion. She comes across as someone who is pretty authentic in her artistry even though her artistry is developing and may be annoying to some, and she still proudly claims she loves Justin Bieber. Her album she did with her brother and recorded it at his house without any hitmakers or big shot producers. She's not Halseypiss. I ain't-a huge Billie Eilish fan musically but appreciate what she's doing.

But what exactly is she doing that’s special? Anyone with eyes can see she’s totally a Lorde wannabe even with the same brain dead facial expression.

She has built a fanbase over the course of 2 years with the help of social media and released several singles and an Ep before releasing an album. She is a great live performer and her music has been well received by the general public and critics alike (Xtine can't relate). Have you seen her in interviews? She's nothing like Lorde but doesn't matter cause Lorde likes her. She's quite loud and extroverted.

I am a person who usually can't stand these try hard wannabes Halsey, Jessie J, etc. but Billie Eilish comes across as pretty genuine to me.

You are getting way too wound up about this. Put that aggression towards something fucking meaningful.

I have seen her interviews, music videos and listened to her album. That’s exactly why i have came to the conclusion she’s nothing special/overrated. She’s a product used to be the anti-Ariana Grande. She’s simply not doing anything “Lorde” hasnt done already. It’s like she’s trying to be this weird chick but it feels force. She will probably go the Kesha route in music hot one min eh the next.
