He was, but he’s in talks now, which mean it’s pretty much confirmed.

The guy has the perfect look for Bruce/Batman and he can deliver an award winning performance. No matter how the film turns out, we know we’re going to get a fantastic performance from our Batman.

Could be worse.

yep and let's not forget that the casting Michael Keaton as Batman (1989) was very controversial and caused a huge uproar.

I don’t mind it. I think he’ll be able to get the voice down. It’s kinda sad how much the Twilight saga put a stain on the main actors. Everybody always writes them off and some barely even get work (Taylor Lautner) so I’ll give him a chance.

Exactly my problem with him. But I know he's been getting great reviews for his last couple of projects. I don't see him as Bruce Wayne but I think he's talented enough to pull such a complex character off.

Yeah he doesn’t give off Bruce Wayne vibes to me, especially physically but I think I’ve just been spoiled with Christian Bale. I’d prefer Nicholas Hoult out of the two.

Ben Affleck simply can't act, and Pattinson isn't much better.
