What is the difference between a terror attack and random mass violence? Was Columbine terrorism?
Depends if the killer was politically/religiously motivated, I guess.
If a lone shooter kills people because he/she is lonely/depressed/hates the world then it's not a terror attack. If the killer is connected to some religious cause/anti-government group etc, it's considered a terrorist attack. From what I understand, the recent Orlando nightclub shooting wasn't terrorist linked although it was reported to be one a few hours after the attack. Interestingly, Wikipedia claimed the Orlando attack was
" a terrorist attack/hate crime"
so that is open to interpretation.
The Orlando attack was the deadliest 'terrorist' attack since 9/11. But I guess it's open to debate if it was a terrorist attack or a crazed loner attack.
Jerry Demings, a sheriff from the Orange County Sheriff's Office, classified it as domestic terrorism.

Now people are saying they've seen blood and something serious might have actually happened.

The cause of the explosion is not 100% confirmed but there have been multiple deaths. They've already been reporting on Fox News and such. HOLY SHIT.

Reports are now indicating that this may have been a suicide bombing.

So awful. Apparently it was a nail bomb INSIDE the speaker. What the hell is up with security these days?

Her career is over, too bad she has a good voice.

Why would it be over? None of this is her fault. I'm sure she's devastated, but I doubt she'll quit the business entirely.
Regardless, this is a terrible tragedy all around. My prayers for all the victims.

What a stupid and insensitive thing to say. Her career will be just fine, worry about the career you don't have instead.
Anyways, my thoughts are for the victims, including Ari. So so sad.

Horrendous terrorist attack. I think it's the worst terror attack in the UK since the July 2005 London tube bombs. A dark day for the UK.
RIP to all those that lost their lives.
