According to Beyonce she "drew inspiration" from the video but clearly she copied most of it. I guess Thiefonce doesn't have an original bone in her career.

Gaga's most famous case of "inspiration" was a gigantic hit (Born This Way). I don't know what the f you're talking about tbh.
