Katy has made generic pop music for every radio format since she debuted, Taylor only started in 2012. Let's not kid ourselves - country music entering the TOP 10 on the hot 100 is as rare as it can get. But as soon as she made pop music, she's been zooming singles to #1 faster than Katy.
