This is no different than a female singers coming out as bisexual like hasley etc.. He may or may not be gay but it’s a convenient time to come out as gay. I’m over everyone exploiting the gay community.

So coming out of the closet is exploiting the gay community? He is a 20 year old hip hop artist who has the biggest song at the moment, a hip hop/country song two genres that have not had the best track record when it comes to LGBTQ issues. I say good for him.

A black rapper coming out as gay, when homophobia is a huge issue in that community, is definitely different than some white girl saying she’s bi.
Its a convenient time to come out as gay? It’s pride month, idiot. It’s not like homophobia has vanished for good and it’s suddenly hip to be gay. He’s a rapper in his 20s and felt comfortable enough to come out, stop searching for some hidden agenda.
