Nonika (Antigone) Galinea (Athens, 8 June 1938 - Athens, 2 June 2023) was a Greek actress, writer, and translator.

She completed her secondary studies at private schools abroad in Florence and Zurich. She then studied Dramatic Art in London at the Webber Douglas School of Singing and Dramatic Art.

Her career began in 1963 after successfully passing exams at the Art Theater. Her first performance was with Aristophanes' Birds, in which she collaborated with Karolos Koun, Katina Paxinou, Dimitris Horn, Anna Synodinou, Alexis Minotis, Dimitris Myrat, etc.

Since 1969 he has collaborated with Alekos Alexandrakis, with whom they created two theatrical stages: the Ilisia Theatre and the Ilisia Studio. He then collaborated with the National Theatre, the State Theatre of Northern Greece and the Amphitheatre, while at the same time he had many collaborations with the Athens Concert Hall and performances in the Great and Small Epidaurus as well as in Covent Garden in London. He collaborated with recognized artists such as Minos Volanakis, Yannis Kokkos, Spyros Evangelatos, Michalis Cacogiannis, Andreas Voutsinas, Stuart Burge, Dionysis Fotopoulos, Theoni Vachlioti-Aldridge, Nikos Petropoulos, etc.

She appeared in cinema from 1968-1972 when she participated in four films, three of which with Finos Film. Her presence on television was minimal, participating in two small series (The Strange Traveler, The Thirteenth Ark).

She married Nikos Moutousis, a neurologist in Greece, and they lived in Paris for 5 years where they had three children: the twins Alexia and Arietta (1957) and Maria-Amalia (1961). Arietta and Amalia Moutousis are today important Greek actresses.

Her partner for several years was the actor Alekos Alexandrakis, whom she met at the Metropolitan Theater, where they co-starred. She and Alexandrakis broke up in 1990, after 21 years of relationship.

She passed away on June 2, 2023 at the age of 84, 6 days before her 85th birthday.

Η Νόνικα (Αντιγόνη) Γαληνέα (Αθήνα 8 Ιουνίου 1938-) είναι Ελληνίδα ηθοποιός, συγγραφέας, μεταφράστρια, επιχειρηματίας.

Η Νόνικα Γαληνέα φοίτησε στο δημοτικό σχολείο Μακρή και στην ηλικία των 14 ετών μεταγράφηκε στη Φλωρεντία. Τον επόμενο χρόνο πήγε στο αγγλικό σχολείο Montre-Satelard School στην Ελβετία, και στην ηλικία των 18 εγγράφηκε στο Densons Secretarial College στο Λονδίνο. Κατόπιν σπούδασε στο Weber Douglas School of Singing and dramatic art.

Παντρεύτηκε τον Νίκο Μουτούση, νευρολόγο στην Ελλάδα, και έζησαν στο Παρίσι για 5 χρόνια όπου έκαναν τρία παιδιά τις δίδυμες Αλεξία και Αριέττα και την Μαρία-Αμαλία.

Η σταδιοδρομία της ξεκινάει το 1963 με εξετάσεις στο Θέατρο Τέχνης, όπου η πρώτη της παράσταση ήταν με τους Όρνιθες του Αριστοφάνη. Συνεργαζόταν με τον Κάρολο Κουν, την Κατίνα Παξινού, τον Δημήτρη Χορν, την Άννα Συνοδινού, τον Αλέξη Μινωτή, τον Δημήτρη Μυράτ κ.α.

Από το 1969 έζησε και συνεργάστηκε με τον Αλέκο Αλεξανδράκη. Μαζί, δημιούργησαν δύο θεατρικές σκηνές, το Θέατρο Ιλίσια και το Στούντιο Ιλίσια.

Στη συνέχεια συνεργάστηκε με το Εθνικό θέατρο, το Κρατικό Θέατρο Βορείου Ελλάδος και το Αμφιθέατρο ενώ παράλληλα έκανε πολλές συνεργασίες με το Μέγαρο Μουσικής Αθηνών και παραστάσεις στη Μεγάλη και στη Μικρή Επίδαυρο καθώς και στο Κόβεντ Γκάρντεν στο Λονδίνο.

Κατά τη διάρκεια όλων αυτών των ετών, ένα μεγάλο διάστημα του χρόνου της ζει στο Λονδίνο. Έχει μεταφράσει δεκαεπτά θεατρικά έργα, πολλά εκ των οποίων έχουν δημοσιευτεί. Έχει εκδώσει την αυτοβιογραφία της σε βιβλίο με τίτλο Η Ζωή μου (εκδόσεις Λιβάνη 2005) όπως και το βιβλίο Επέστρεφε (εκδόσεις Ιανός, 2007).

Το 2006, βραβεύτηκε με το έπαθλο Κυβέλη , για την προσφορά της στο ελληνικό θέατρο.

Είναι η πρώτη Ελληνίδα που έχει 50 χρόνια συνεχούς παρουσίας στο θέατρο, η πρώτη Ελληνίδα ηθοποιός που ερμήνευσε στο Κόβεντ Γκάρντεν του Λονδίνου στην αγγλική γλώσσα και η μόνη που έχει πρωταγωνιστήσει 6 φορές στο Μέγαρο Μουσικής Αθηνών.
