I moved all the credits and fixed those credits that needed fixing.
One note: we normally don't add a January 1st Birthday unless we are 100 percent sure that is the correct date (I could not find a good source, but that may be because of language issues).
I thought it would be better if the user did this repair.
The only thing I found was the year. And even then, not from official or safe sources.
I have in memory that some moderator said he uses this form, January 1st of the year, when he only knows the year.
The same is used for movies.
If you determine otherwise, I will follow the rule.
Films without full release date, only year, put on January 1 of the year.
People without full date of birth, only year, leave blank.
Films without full release date, only year, put on January 1 of the year.
Exception: for upcoming movies, if you know the year, a December temporary date is better, or else the movie will appear too early.
People without full date of birth, only year, leave blank.
That's how it has been done in the past. I remember seeing a report about some user having trouble with year only date of birth, but I cant remember if we did any changes because of that.
Rule
When we do not know the full date, we only know the year, we should put:
People - Date of Birth - January 1st of the year
People - Date of Death - January 1 of the year
Movies - Release Date - January 1 of the year
Exception
Films that do not yet have a future release date - A temporary December date.
In these cases I think I'm going to use December 31.

The TMDb rule is to keep the oldest, the smallest ID.
OLD 0 https://www.themoviedb.org/person/1313882-ivan-timshyn 1 credit
new 1 https://www.themoviedb.org/person/1313883-ivan-timshyn 8 credits
IMDB https://www.imdb.com/name/nm4818989/
I'm going to ask Expert Moderators a question.

@SkullCollector
You added several credits in the Ivan new 1.
Please add in the original Ivan, OLD 0, the oldest.

@lineker @ticao2 Yeah, I started adding them as YEAR-01-01 since Travis made it impossible to add partial birth/death dates.

Thanks for the correction @banana_girl! Then we should keep doing that.
