When I click on this link, the page changes to my native language (German) - I don't know why?
The page offers several options to edit data on Mubi by yourself.

So, I'm not sure what you'll be seeing - but for me there's 1 option that says "Split Names" at the bottom.
When I click on this option, the next page offers me a form - now in English again.

You should use this one first - to split the current page for Sam Hill into 3 different pages for these 3 different Sam Hills.
If I understand this correctly, by sending this form, you request the split of the Mubi page into 3 different Sam Hills.

And when this is done correctly by the "minions" at Mubi, maybe they already removed the wrong pic?
I have no idea how long this will take to change it.
But I guess it's worth a try?
