Def something ironic about a guy named Thorogood who's big hit was "Bad to the Bone"
An oldie but I recently discovered a band from the early 70s called "Frumpy" that featured one of the coolest and hottest chick singers of the decade.

70s hard rock was all about chicks looking and sounding tough to cut into the "mans world", think Janis Joplin, Suzi Quatro, etc... But here's a picture of the singer looking a little more girly
