Type of Problem: Design_issue

Extra Details: Ahmad's birthday is "1981-02-13". However, for some reason, when I put in the correct birthdate (and I've now tried through two separate browsers) the date is for some reason automatically changed to "1981-02-12" when the page reloads. Can a moderator perhaps change the birthdate to the correct date: "1981-02-13"?
