Extra Details: The name is locked, but the correct writing of the name is as an alias (Dang Nhat Minh => Đặng Nhật Minh).
I think for languages with a Latin alphabet we should keep the special letters.
E.g. the French/German etc. also have all their special characters.

Since this was decided by another moderator I will let it stay as it is. Close case though.
