A person profile is marked as adult when 10% of their total credits are marked as adult; this is across cast credits and crew credits. I quickly looked through his present credits and he is listed as a producer on this film, which is correctly set to adult:true. One way to get rid of the adult tag is to add more of his non-adult credits, if they are presently missing.
