Just came across this documentary and stepped in to add some information. The release date varies between 1987 (The Hindu reports) and 1988 (Films Division of India's "Report on Raagotsav-II" PDF document) in some mentions, and it has been published and shown occasionally in many film screening events. Right now I have added the earliest release year. Any more useful information on this movie and efforts to clarify the release dates would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
