This movie has a huge plot hole namely that the air marshal's plan doesn't work if even just one person can corroborate that there was a child that boarded with the protagonist which would have been easily done. There is a fine line between artistic license and plot hole with artistic license being the setting forth unbelievable premises that are necessary to move the plot forward. While a plot hole is simply something that is incompatible with the plot. This is the latter since the air marshal had a very calculated plan where everything rested on plausibility.
Also someone please explain to me why the protagonist accused a middle eastern man of looking into her daughter's bedroom through her window. That was never addressed unless she was losing her mind which it eventually was established she was not.
