Depends on how one classifies a "musical" I suppose, but the movie is full of musical numbers and there is one roughly every five minutes or so in the movie. Personally I found them fine in the beginning but after the first hour or so I was wishing they'd stop already with the musical scenes because they don't really move the movie forwards and end up just wasting time explaining why the movie is about 2hours and 10 minutes long. You could pretty much cut out the musical scenes and not really miss much as far as the story goes.
