Bedknobs and Broomsticks...

So I was just watching Bedknobs and Broomsticks (with my 2yo daughter) for the first time and the final battle in that film (a witch brings medieval suits of armour to life to fight against WWII German soldiers) reminded me so much of this film to the point I'd say Raimi was inspired by it, even down to bagpipers in kilts and the army marching over the hill, helmets spinning... All that... Anyway, just thought I'd throw it out there..!!

Cheers to the end of a very satisfying trilogy... some of the special effects in it look remarkably dated, but it's still a'ight.
