I would guess the overview is copied from official sources in german like here https://www.moviepilot.de/movies/die-tribute-von-panem-the-hunger-games so I think it's okay they relate to the film not to the plot, In german : Ich denke es ist so gemeint das der Film uns in die Zukunft bringt und nicht die "Hunger Games" an sich

I don't know why this should be an "official source" but maybe it is copied from there. However: In this stye it is wrong (or at least unclear). If they want to use the (even not) full German title than it has to be marked with quotes (§ 94 des Regelwerkes der deutschen Rechtschreibung, https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anf%C3%BChrungszeichen#Regeln or Duden rule K8 (22. edition)):
