It's better made than Twilight. The Hunger Games is known as the YA film it's ok to like. The whole tween love story is not as resonant as you'd think. It's no masterpiece. It has it's flaws, especially in the final third, but I was quite surprised by it.

What teen-oriented love story? The two main characters are too busy staying alive to get lovey-dovey. You might as well call the original STAR WARS a teen-oriented love story. And the third leg is onscreen only for about the first ten minutes .
