Did anyone else think that Union J were created for the film in order to satirize boy bands? The way they winked, pouted and posed in cheese encrusted slo-mo made them so unbearably, shamelessly douchey that it just looked like a joke created for the film.

I'd never heard of them before. I'm not exactly the type who keeps up with the latest boy band fads but it might be because they're more of an American thing and I'm from the UK. I couldn't believe it when I found out they were real.

Boy bands used to be douchey back in my day but these guys make the likes of Backstreet Boys and Boyzone look like the personification of dignity in comparison.
