@superboy97 So what exactly is the reason for the lack of Chinese titles and the locking of entries?

Is there an official Chinese title for the film? Unofficial titles aren't allowed.

Yes: https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%AA%BD%E7%9A%84%E5%A4%9A%E9%87%8D%E5%AE%87%E5%AE%99

Wikipedia is not an official source. Can you provide an official source that uses this title?

Wikipedia does not set unofficial information as the main titles of articles… that's a very standard policy for them that they're known for.

There are a number of "Chinese" titles:

Title in Mainland China: 瞬息全宇宙
The Mainland China title is used in various news articles including in the Chinese language version of the New York Times, e.g. https://cn.nytimes.com/style/20220624/eeaao-shirley-kurata-costumes/zh-hant/ and https://movie.douban.com/subject/30314848/

Title in Hong Kong: 奇異女俠玩救宇宙
The Hong Kong title is used in various news and lifestyle articles, e.g. https://hk.news.yahoo.com/奇異女俠玩救宇宙-奇異女俠-多元宇宙-奇異博士-影評-marvel-楊紫瓊-媽的多重宇宙-004004543.html and https://www.esquirehk.com/lifestyle/everything-everywhere-all-at-once

Title in Taiwan: 媽的多重宇宙
The Taiwanese title is used in various news articles, e.g. https://tw.news.yahoo.com/赴美約會楊紫瓊-寇世勳找女兒掌鏡-201000819.html and https://www.worldjournal.com/wj/story/121233/6686482 (nb: World Journal is Taiwanese, and is the largest Chinese-language newspaper in the US, with a daily circulation of 350k)

The Hong Kong and Taiwan titles are already on TMDB: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/545611-everything-everywhere-all-at-once/translations

However, I'm not sure that this film has an official release in mainland China. I can't find any information about an official release there.

Even if it hasn't been released there (it seems it hasn't, and likely won't ever), that's the title & translation that the Chinese website of the NYT (among others) uses for the film (in Simplified Chinese) – so I'd say it's still accurate to fill that in, talking about the title in that language, specifically. But if the field is intended only to be used to convey information about, specifically, official theatrical releases in countries where the language in question is used, then I could see why we'd want to not include it.

According to the Contribution Bible:

The translated title should be the first official translation. In other words, the title of the first—theatrical, physical, digital or TV—release. [...]
No Official Release
The translated title field should be left blank if there is no official translation. Please do not add unofficial translations.

I interpret that as meaning that if there is no official release, then the field should be left blank. But I could be misinterpreting it. Perhaps the moderators have a different interpretation (though it doesn't seem like it).

The title "瞬息全宇宙" is, however, set as an alternative title.
