Naci is a daring journalist who has gained fame under the name Muhteşem Serseri (The Magnificent Tramp). He is particularly interested in celebrity news. This gives him plenty of opportunities to flirt. Tired of Naci's tramping, his boss gives him a chance to show off his skills. He will soon be interviewing an Arab princess who is coming to Istanbul. However, up until this point, no photographs of the princess have been taken, and no information about her has been obtained. Naci learns where the princess will be staying through his assistant Nuri. However, no one could have anticipated that the queen, who wants to ensure her daughter's safety, would play a trick.

Naci, Muhteşem Serseri namıyla şöhret bulmuş acar bir gazetecidir. Özellikle magazin haberlerine meraklıdır. Bu sayede çapkınlık için de bol bol fırsat bulur. Naci’nin serseriliklerinden sıkılan patronu, ona maharetini sergilemek için bir fırsat verir. Kısa süre sonra İstanbul’a gelecek bir Arap Prensesi ile röportaj yapacaktır. Ancak bu vakte kadar Prenses’in ne bir kare fotoğrafı çekilebilmiş ne de hakkında tek satır bilgi alınabilmiştir. Naci, yardımcısı Nuri aracılığıyla Prenses’in nerede kalacağını öğrenir. Ancak kimse kızının güvenliğini tesis etmek isteyen Kraliçe’nin bir oyun oynayacağını hesap edememiştir.
