As far as I looked into this, the English title "Ghost Married" is not an official translation of the original title.
It seems to be the unofficial (!) translation of the title, because this film was never officially released in English.

That's why the data field is locked blank and you can't add the translated title.
The (temporary) exception is not valid here: The film is from 1990 and it's unlikely it will ever be (re-)released with an official English title.
