Does anyone else think that Cindy was an ungrateful little snot? A few things sort of bothered me about her.
- Ernest offers to help carry her stuff. She is obviously unimpressed, and when Colonel Gullet swoops in and begins flirting, she goes off with him without giving Ernest a second glance. I mean, I know Ernest is a dork, but come on! It was sweet of him to offer to carry her things, and he never even got a "Thanks anyway".
- She complains about the way she's rescued, instead of being grateful that someone came to help her.
- She berates poor Ernest more than once.
- She finally shows some promise, and thanks him with a kiss...then is grossed out that his lips peel in the desert sun and dry weather, and goes right back to trashing him. Yeah...it's gross, but it's not his fault! Basically, she made him fall more in love with her than ever, and she's gonna break his heart! Hm...that's a good fanfic idea...
