This is an example where the Director had NO idea how to tell the story properly...the SETS were there (Circus/House of Horrors), the makeup wasn't winning any Oscars, but it was serviceable (the main baddie looked a little like the Jeepers Creepers guy)...but the music and direction were HORRID! What a shame!

I swear these Howling movies get progressively worse & worse!
