The image is wrong. It shows Piccadilly Circus in London ( look at the trademarks and compare on google). The film this image was taken from is ''Londres, Piccadilly Circus'', a Lumière brothers film - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2459020/?ref_=rvi_tt. It was shot by Alexandre Promio in 1896.

''Leisurely Pedestrians, Open Topped Buses and Hansom Cabs with Trotting Horses'' was shot by William Friese-Greene in Hyde Park, London in 1889.

I also reported this problem to IMDB and letterboxd. Someone submited this image to link to this movie, and no one verified it and so everyone think they saw the movie. But this one truely is lost and no stills survived.
