As far as I can see, there are still plans to make a sequel movie to "Nefarious" - from Wikipedia:

So, in principle, it is okay to keep this entry.

But I changed the title of the entry to "Planned Sequel to Nefarious" and removed the poster.
This way, it's less confusing.

And when there's new information, it can be updated again.
