Hi, a user removed the 1969 release date. Do you have a source (other than IMDb) that can confirm this was publicly screened in 1969 before being confiscated?

According to Vaclav Neckar (main male Actor) there were three public projections before censorship. Its is described in his autobiography „Všechny moje války - Autobiografie“ Also main check movie database ČSFD uses 1969 as a release year.

The problem is that all databases (outside of TMDb) will use the year of the ban for any censored films so it's not evidence in itself. I have no way to confirm the book detail, but I'll leave this open to see if someone else can. Thanks.

According to the official database of the Czech National Film Archive (see a note), this film was never publicly screened before 1990. If there were any screenings before 1990, they were certainly not public, and recognizable as a release date under TMDb rules.
