A glossed-over promotional film by the Greater Berlin Municipal Council, Building and Investment Department, City Garden Office, for the conclusion of a maintenance contract for so-called residential greenery. The green areas around existing and newly built apartment buildings are to be taken over by the residents. The film was produced by the Koboldfilm-Kollektiv.

Ein schönfärberischer, als historisches Dokument gleichwohl hochinteressanter Werbefilm des Magistrats von Groß-Berlin, Bereich Bauwesen und Investitionen, Stadtgartenamt für den Abschluss eines Pflegevertrages für das so genannte Wohngrün. Die Grünflächen rund um bestehende und neu entstandene Mehrfamillienhäusern sollen von den Bewohnern und Bewohnerinnen übernommen werden. Hergestellt wurde der Film vom Koboldfilm-Kollektiv.
