Look, before I write anything else it was made before everything turned bad in 1985. It is well done.

A critic described the film as a sometimes fascinating/ sometimes phoney account of the late highly famed singer's life. To think if they just had flashed the words "recreated scene" in certain scenes of him as a kid it would have seemed much better.
