Game of Thrones is based on George R. R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” series. It introduced us to Westeros and Essos and the many Houses fighting for control. Set 200 years earlier, House of the Dragon tracks the beginning of the end for House Targaryen which ultimately leads to the Targaryen civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons.
