تدور احداث الفيلم حين تعود (ليليث) المرأة الخارجة عن القانون ذات الماضي المجهول إلى كوكبها الأصلي (باندورا)، وتبدأ في تكوين فريق من مجموعة من الأشخاص ذوي القدرات المختلفة في سبيل البحث عن ابنة (أطلس) الرجل الأقوى في المجرة.

Maverick Navy Lieutenant Commander Tom Dodge will never be a textbook officer, but he's a brilliant seaman who's always wanted to command a nuclear submarine — he's been given one last chance to clean up his record.
