Both narratives introduce a world where men are exploited and devalued, with one settlement, Amazon City, relying on artificial insemination and the harvesting of sperm. The films center around the arrival of Dr. Maki Amamiya, an expert in this field, and her unexpected companion, her husband. Simultaneously, a man named Kenta, driven by compassion, is captured and chosen for a unique program, the Male Weaponization Program, which dramatically transforms him.
