Velkommen til Tromaville Teknologiske Institut. Her har udslippet på det lokale atomkraftværk skabt mutanter i form af kæmpe-egern og talende navler med attituder. I denne sindssyge historie om gensplejsning hersker der kaos i Tromaville, og byen styres med rædsel, men så tager en flok studerende på instituttet kampen op mod det luskede magtsyge firma, som er skyld i nedsmeltninger og massakrer.

Roger Smith (Brick Bronsky) and his half-subhumanoid son Adlai (also played by Brick Bronsky) are working to rebuild Tromaville into a place where human and subhumanoid can live together in peace. Unbeknownst to them, Adlai's twin brother Dick (again played by Brick Bronsky!), kidnapped at birth and raised by the evil Power Clite, has plans to regain contol of the Subhumanoids and turn Tromaville into a nuclear waste dump. In a showdown for the ages, "The Good, the Bad and the Subhumanoid" face off in an explosive sci-fi battle of epic proportions!

Return to the Class of Nuke 'Em High follows a young couple that are up against the school glee club. Unfortunately, the glee club has mutated into a gang called The Cretins. When the other students begin to undergo mutations, our couple must solve the mystery and save Tromaville High School

Following the events of Volume 1, the mutated glee club continue their violent rampage in Tromaville. Chrissy and Lauren, two innocent lesbian lovers, must fight not only the Cretins, mutants, and monsters but also the evil Tromorganic Foodstuffs Conglomerate. Can they, and Kevin the Wonder Duck, save Tromaville High School and the world?
