I designed Tochiongar Seven by myself with the desire to show modern children a hero who sometimes suffers and still stands up.

Over the course of two years, while gradually advancing the modeling work, Tochiongar Seven was born as an ally of justice!

Tochiongar Seven rescues his childhood friend Mitchie Yamakoshi from the Snake King Clan, who have been resurrected in the present day.

But Kotaro isn't ready to fight.

Convinced by their father, Dr. Yamakoshi's research, Mitchie Yamakoshi and his sister Jun decide to investigate the Snake King Clan on their own.

Then the two of them are confronted by their father, Dr. Yamakoshi, who was supposed to have disappeared, but...

A mysterious incident occurs at Nagaoka City Health Center, where a staff member dies.

Mitchie Yamakoshi and Jun begin an investigation, believing it may be the work of the Snake King Clan.

Meanwhile, Kotaro encounters a newlywed couple being attacked by a dog beastman.

Tochionger Seven transforms and rescues the couple, but when Isamu sees them,

he is frightened and says, "There are more monsters!"

Why do dog beastmen resent humans? Tochionger Seven is troubled by the reason...

Ogawa Isamu is brought to Nagaoka Health Center by his wife Kazuko.
