海底小纵队遭遇鲸鲨，巴克和呱唧外出寻找达西西时被鲸鲨吸入腹中，他们在鲸鲨肚子里相逢，在皮医生的帮助下，他们从鲸鲨肚子里逃了出来。

海底一场风暴来袭，队长巴克要求大家在风暴来临之前做好准备。队长给每个人分配好迎接风暴的任务。

深夜，一阵阵敲门声惊动章鱼堡。原来是海蜗牛前来求救，呱唧决定去探险。在呱唧和巴克队长的劝说下，螃蟹和海胆分开了。海蜗牛们终于可以睡觉了。

海象无意中找到一个医药包，皮医生向队长求救，海底小纵队成员伪装成海象开始问海象家族拿回医药包。

海底小纵队追捕正在逃跑中的小飞鱼，不幸的是其中一条小飞鱼不能飞起来。巴克队长要求小飞鱼一起回章鱼堡。皮医生拯救了小飞鱼。

海底小纵队的成员们在厨房忙碌着，巴克发现了海底洞穴，求教章教授，章教授说大王乌贼是它的表哥。

章鱼堡被大虎鲸包围，且遭到撞击。原来是因为大虎鲸好奇章鱼堡发出的声音。海底小纵队和新朋友大虎鲸玩起了游戏。

海底小纵队发现海底一个废弃的地方，这里布满了海藻，海底小纵队的潜艇不幸被海藻缠住，大家开始了逃离海藻行动。

谢灵通想要寻找桨足动物，可是巴克队长担心谢灵通不会驾驶魔鬼鱼艇。独自去寻找桨足动物的谢灵通，不小心撞船了，巴克队长带领小纵队前去搭救。

所有潜艇都失控了，巴克队长和呱唧跳到敏捷的旗鱼背上，将它们团团围住。

海底火山马上要喷发，非常危险。巴克队长命令海底小纵队，到火山区转移出所有的动物。终于，海底小纵队在紧急关头，疏散了海底生物

海底小纵队决定前去证实呱唧说的海底地图真实性。在巴克队长的命令下，海底小纵队飞向轮船失事的地方。

When the Octonauts find an unusual Sea Star on the beach, they search the ocean from top to bottom (literally) to help find its home.

The Octonauts land on an island for a picnic but must first help some crabs trapped between two warring groups of aggregate anemones. Meanwhile back on the Octopod, a horde of out of control puddings are attacking. Peso wins the contest between 2 types of blobs.

While exploring the Arctic, the Octopod gets trapped in the ice. Only Barnacles's skillful navigation, and the help of a friendly Narwhal, can get them free.

While exploring the deepest part of the ocean, the Midnight Zone, the Octonauts discover a strange rock that happens to be home to a new species of worm.

The Octonauts encounter a snapping shrimp – a small creature that uses its claws to make a big, and stunning, noise.

After an underwater tremor, an injured sea cucumber named Slippy gets loose on the Octopod, so to let her breathe, they flood the ship!
