In the first episode of the brand new series, Essex biker cop Steve 'Stomp' Allen, races to a multi-vehicle pile-up and on scene, one couple are trapped and injured in their wreck of a car. It's a rush for the fire brigade to cut them out while the air ambulance is scrambled to give emergency treatment.
Over in Birmingham, the squad's newest biker paramedic Steve Cooper has the mickey taken out of his likeness to Harry Potter, but within minutes he faces a baptism of fire. A 999 call-out finds Steve working his magic on Will, a man who's in the first stage of a cardiac arrest. With his patient's condition deteriorating, Steve has to keep his cool to keep Will’s heart going.
Down in Cornwall, paramedic Sarah Watson pulls on her leathers to answer the distressed call of a new mum. Baby Oliver, is floppy, unresponsive, and has a raging temperature. When Sarah arrives on scene will she be facing a case of deadly meningitis?
Back in Birmingham, experienced biker paramedic Mark Hayes is shocked when he arrives at a flat to find a woman lying unconscious amongst empty bottles, rotting food, and an overwhelming stench...

Meanwhile in North Yorkshire, biker cop Martin 'Smithy' Smith plays detective as he pieces together a mystery accident. A car has collided with two horse riders, sending them and their horses tumbling into a ditch. One horse is so badly hurt it might have to be put down...
In Cornwall, biker paramedic Iain Hooper races to help 12-year-old Joshua, a promising young rugby player who's been badly hurt in the middle of a game. While Josh's mother looks on anxiously, Iain tries to assess if Joshua’s neck is broken.
Back in Essex, a routine road side check leads to an unexpected chain of events for biker cop Steve Clements. After stopping a driver for using his mobile phone whilst driving, 'Clem' uncovers a trail of half-truths and lies which leads to a dawn house raid and a wanted man.

On patrol in Essex, biker cop Lucy Watson’s routine roadside stop leads to a full-scale immigration investigation. What started out as a faulty brake light turns into something far from a routine enquiry. In Cornwall, an emergency call comes in from a panicked driver whose passenger is in agony and struggling to breathe. Rushing to the scene, biker paramedic Iain Hooper has to get to the bottom of a mystery pain that has left the lady in agony, unable to speak. Meanwhile in Yorkshire, a car has been dumped on a busy dual carriageway. The driver is nowhere to be seen. The obstruction is causing chaos, as passing traffic is forced to jump lanes to avoid colliding with the vehicle.
