Budgie must act when it is discovered that the airfield is going to be closed to make room for a factory.

All of the aircraft travel to France.

The crew travel to Holland on their return journey from France in order to drop off a delivery but a problem occurs for Budgie when he mistakes a windmill for a helicopter.

As the new airport is unveiled, Budgie must come to the aid of the Minister for Airports.
