The greenhorns start the final week of their trial. Greg's time managing the hook machine (aka 'Soul Crusher') ends in disaster, while Caitlin's future onboard hangs by a thread.

Off the coast of Iceland, the fishing boat Valdimar hits an Arctic storm, making fishing nearly impossible. On the Pall Jonsson, a horrendous injury leaves the boat a man down.

After a victorious week off, deckhand Greg is ready to get his sea legs back when a sudden injury hits. Caitlin must prove herself in the extended trial-run or be forced to pack her bags.
