With their project managers Danny and Borges on site, they battle a broken sewer pipe, missing floors, and mismeasured countertops, all while racing against the ticking clock. Mere hours after the renovation is complete, the property hits the open market as the team hosts an open house and hopes to make beaucoup bucks in record time.

Michelle and Jon travel outside of their comfort zone, and area code, to tackle a new challenge in the small lakeside community of West Milford. Located miles away from any supply store, this colossal monster house is a hydra in bathroom form, containing a total of three full baths. As unforeseen challenges arise in all three baths, the crew struggles to finish the renovation on time and on budget. With huge profits hanging in the balance, manpower and supply shortages cause problem after problem--will this gamble pay off? Or will this lakeside renovation crap out?
