The father of the Hobbie family, Robert, gets injured in a car accident and his recovery will be an expensive process. Holly hosts an open mic night to raise donations and Robbie and Heather are unexpectedly roped into the world of jam making.

Heather is determined to discover the role of women in the history of Collinsville for a group project. Piper is commissioned by Holly to help with a pie fundraiser, but Piper still resents Holly.

Amy scrambles to find a date to the dance, but a huge storm derails her plans. Heather suspects that Robbie may be doing drugs, so she teams up with Lyla to investigate.

Piper chooses between being a camp counselor with her friends and going to Paris with her mom. Robbie has a big job opportunity, but Heather comes up with a plan to make him stay home for the summer.
