Leo visits a pastor who attended a party in Colonia on the day Pedro 'died'. Among the guests were Manuel Contreras, former head of Chile's secret police, and an unidentified German businessman.

The buried cars are found to belong to missing dissidents of the Pinochet regime, tortured and killed at the colony. Caro informs Leo of the arms deals and asks him to look for additional shipments.

The dark tunnels trigger violent memories for Klaus. Klaus and Leo find Schaefer's secret surveillance room. In a final confrontation, Leo must choose between capturing Paul Schaefer or saving his brother.
