Majid and Nora are a married couple with many problems, which causes Nora to ask for divorce on their anniversary. Majid meets Layal who works at a casino. During a student party, an incident occurs in the bathroom.

Layal gives Majid a ride home and he confesses to her that he is unhappy. A fight breaks out at the school over the blood that was found in the bathroom.

Layal is confused regarding Majid's feelings towards her. Majid thinks that she stole a ring from him. Layal goes to Majid's school and asks Laila for work. Majid is stunned to see her there as an employee.

After the meeting, Majid stays to eat with Layal, and someone takes a photo and posts it online. Yusuf finds out that his parents are getting a divorce. Eileen returns to Majid and he takes her to Layal's home. Anis realizes that the people who attacked him and Zeina were not police officers.

Zeina's mother tells Amira's mother that Amira stole Zeina's gold. When Christine confronts Amira, Amira tells her what happened with Anis and Zeina. Majid tells Wessam, Layla, and Nora that he is returning to Egypt. Christine clashes with Hanan.

Wessam is devastated when his uncle passes away. As he discusses their current situation with Layal, Eileen overhears them. Layal finds out from Eileen that Amira takes drugs as well as sells them. Amira steals the ring from Layla's drawer. Majid confesses his feelings for Layal.
