Laura Harrier who played Destiny Evans in the One Life to Live on-line revival is playing a lead role in Spider-Man Homecoming this summer. She is playing the love interest of Peter Parker/Spider-Man.

I think it's great to see a young soap opera actress branch out like this. It helps show that soaps still have some relevance in today's world.
