It isn't diversity if they're all - or mostly - white men/women. Or in the case of Netherlands, all/mostly Dutch men/women. Or in the case of Spain, all Spanish men/women. etc. How many parties do you have with members who publicly say they hate the country? And now they probably don't love it again.
